Unik Fit: How much water should you be drinking?
The answer is women should be having 2.5 quarts each day while men should consume 3 quarts in order to maintain the body’s optimal fluid balance. Three stars share their tricks that are easy and a great way to squeeze in that extra agua.
Valerie Bertinelli: “I keep water next to my bed and the first thing I do in the morning is drink it. Putting in lemon or cucumbers helps too.”
Amy Smart: “Get Some kind of water filter, whether it’s Brita or permanent water filter built into your sink. And use stainless steel water bottles or glass water bottles.”
MO’NIQUE: “ I aim for a gallon of water a day, and I drink that with lemon. I see a difference in my skin and my personality.”

Hello, I hope that you don’t mind me asking but is this site using wordpress and if so is it a standard theme or one you designed yourself?
